Play:

When you play, especially within the context of a story or an improvisational game, you unlock your hidden potential. The playful state and the deep involvement in what you are doing open up all your intelligences, spontaneity, feelings, unconscious knowledge, instinct and intuition. You become closer to who you really are and the unique creativity that you have to offer.

Connect:

As you play a space opens up between yourself as onlooker and yourself as doer. This helps you see yourself, your team and your situation from a new angle so that you can evaluate it and adapt it if necessary. The playing becomes a mirror for you to safely look at yourself and your actions with new eyes. In this way you become more connected with your authentic self. At the same time a space opens up between the ‘real world’ and this ‘special world of play’. This draws you and your team into a closer relationship as you becomes set apart together. You create a meaning and a bond that is understood only amongst yourselves. So doing you also connect with your team in a new way.

Transform:

In the safety of a fictional set up you then get the unique opportunity to try out your new ideas to find out if they will work. Free from actual consequences, you will also be able to identify the kinds of things that might challenge your implementation in real contexts. When you then re-enter your life context, you will be able to sustainably transform yourself and your situation.
